DOT is proposing to grade, widen and pave NCSR 1446 (Deacon Road) in Yancey Counly.
.One existing culvert will be extended by 10 linear feet and 135 linear feet of stream will be relocated
be cause it is immediately adJacent to the existing narrow road.
Recommend that WO Certification No. 3404 be issued.
