Mr. King has forwarded to me the below email from Tim Fox. Before responding to him I wanted to clarify earlier conversations you have had with Mr. King. It is Mr. King's understanding that the project (phase I) would be considered Low Impact and would not require much if any storm water. As phase 2 is constructed then storm water measures should be appropriately designed. Please let me know if this is an accurate interpretation of your conversation with Mr. King. If so, I will revise the plan to indicate utilizing existing erosion control basins as storm water measures if acceptable. These areas along with others can be designated storm water locations on the plan. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. As you are aware the stormwater component of your project is being reviewed by Boyd Devane with our central office. I understand that you have communicated with Mr. Devane regarding different options regarding your stormwater plan and your project is on hold. I wanted to communicate with you as well and see if you have any additional questions. In order to prevent an eventual closing out and returning the application, the Division will need to know how you choose to proceed with your project. It appears that you have three options, continue with the high - density original application and provide the necessary additional information, modify your existing @DDliC@tOO to @ low-density project and D[OVde the required nlOdifiC@tOOS for review and @DD[OV@l. or withdraw your application.
