Good afternoon. Mr king has asked that I respond to this email. He was under the impression that no
information was needed at this time. He does want to proceed with the low density design. What information do
you need to approve the application.

Mr. King
I work in the Asheville Regional Office with the Division of Water Resources and our
regional office reviewed your 401 WQC application. As you are aware the stormwater
component of your project is being reviewed by Boyd Devane with our central office. I
understand that you have communicated with Mr. Devane regarding different options
regarding your stormwater plan and your project is on hold.
I wanted to communicate with you as well and see if you have any additional
questions. In order to prevent an eventual closing out and returning the application, the
Division will need to know how you choose to proceed with your project. It appears that
you have three options, continue with the high- density original application and provide
the necessary additional information, modify your existing application to a low- density
project and provide the required modifications for review and approval, or withdraw
your application.
We would appreciate any communication that you could provide on your intent for the
existing application. Could you respond by December 15, 2014 with what option you
choose to pursue?
If we can help with any further guidance, please let us know.
Best regards,
Tim
