eDMR Comments: "As of December 27th we are no longer contracted to this facility. The effluent dosing pumps were turned off.
The septic tank was pumped out complete to avoid any flow leaving the facility. The facility is on pump and haul until an ORC
and Back-up ORC may be retained."
JSB Remarks: The subject permit requires weekly sample data for DO, pH, and temperature upstream and downstream of
effluent outfall 001. According to DMR effluent data, staff were on site and sampling on 12/26/22 and 12/27/22 but neglected to
sample for upstream and downstream parameters for the week of 12/25/22-12/31/22.
