Attached is a completed initial interest for one of my projects called Heritage High School. Don't ask me why I
completed by hand, temporary lapse of memory I think. Anyway, I included an overall site plan. This project is
for Wake County Schools but the permitting work has been subcontracted out to LS3P Associates, LTD. Our
contact for LS3P is Susan Holt who is handling the permits for Wake County Schools on this project. Please
use her as a contact for faxed correspondence regarding the review/approval process. If this is a problem for
you, please let me know and I will contact Susan for a contact name and fax number for Wake County Schools.
Also, I still haven't_received the imperyigus a__ creage information from the~ng~neer so I ~ ted. Hopefully,
this shouldn't be a problem with the initial interest, we will only be requesting a N~VP 12/WQC 3625 and
F3i~ar1an._Buffet-.Authoriz ~ _focthi;;~tQject. Please also note, the isolated wetland impacts do not need
notification/approval and have already taken place. Please let me know if you have any questions, and I look
