Hi Jose,
I have reviewed the application you sent in for the Exaltacion house at 3413 Astro Court in Raleigh and just need some
more information on the survey for it to be considered a site plan for the purpose of this authorization. Please include
the following information on the survey:
• Show the two zones of the riparian buffer on the site plan as measured from the top of the streambank. Zone 1
is measured 30 feet from the top of the stream bank, and Zone 2 is measured from 30 feet to 50 feet. These
riparian buffers parallel the stream pattern.
• Site plan must depict the footprint of the proposed permanent impacts within Zone 2.
• The square footage of the impacts in Zone 2 must be identified on the site plan.
