Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, submits this correspondence as a revision to documentation for your
records of responsible corporate officers ("Responsible Officials") and designation of duly authorized
representatives ("Delegated Authorities") for the NPDES-Permit and NPDES SW Permit for the Dan River
Combined Cycle Station and NPDES-Permit for Rockingham Combustion Turbine Station. We
appreciate the timely update of the Division of Water Resources database to reflect this information so
that we may continue submitting Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), as required, via the NCDEQ's
eDMR system.

Effective 1/1/2023, Kris Eisenrieth will replace Terry Tuck as Station Manager at Dan River Combined
Cycle Station and Rockingham Combustion Turbine. The change in Responsible Official at Dan River
Combined Cycle for NPDES Permit NC0003468 and NPDES SW Permit NCS000572 and at
Rockingham Combustion Turbine Station NPDES Permit NCO086665 are the only changes with this
revision.The Delegated Authorities at Dan River Combined Cycle NPDES Permit NC0003468 and
NC00000572 and Rockingham Combustion Turbine Station Permit NC0086665. Benjamin Johnson,
Doug Metcalf, Brandon Burgess remain as delegated authorities for the three permits between the
two stations.
