This permit is issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency dated October 15, 2007 (or as subsequently amended). The following modifications in the December 8, 2010 draft permit remain in the final permit: • Footnote #1 has been added with the following additional Total Residual Chlorine Language: "The facility shall report all effluent TRC values reported by a NC certified laboratory including field certified.
