So, based on what the permit summary is showing I think coordinates for our first outfall location should be edited to 36 degrees, 27 minutes, and 37 seconds N 80 degrees, 35 minutes, and 56 seconds W The one I'm adding should be Outfall Number 2 with the coordinates being 36 degrees, 27 minutes, and 40 seconds N 80 degrees, 35 minutes, and 50 seconds W. The receiving body of water is the same as the first. It depends — if this constitutes a new outfall discharge point associated with industrial activity (not just the employee parking lot or other area segregated from industrial activities), then yes, we need to add the outfall and you need to adjust your sampling regime (if applicable). If that's the case, please give Brittany the following information: Outfall number (002 / 003 / etc) Description if you like Latitude and longitude coordinates in degrees, minutes, seconds please (not decimal degrees —we enter them in dd mm ss in our system) Confirm the receiving waterbody (it's okay to just say 'same as the others on site') Best regards, Bethany Georgoulias (she/her) Environmental Engineer, Stormwater Program DEMLR Laserfiche Administrator Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C. Good afternoon, Recently the boundaries of our lease agreement was outlined and there is now a 2nd drop inlet that is on our property. Do I need to do anything to add this onto our permit summary?
