NPDES CoC NCG550371 is hereby rescinded, effective immediately. This message is to close the permit file for the
Division, and for your records.
If in the future you wish to discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters, you must first apply for and receive a
new NPDES permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, simply reply to this message.
PLEASE NOTE: as part of the Division's conversion to paperless communication, this email is the only notification you will
be sent regarding the CoC rescission. No hard copy will be mailed.

According to the landowner, this property has not been occupied for 20 years. It was previously used as a rental
property, but has since been used for storage only. There is no discharge and the permit should be rescinded. Please let
me know if you need anything else.
