Hi Paul,
We received the rejection on an NOT submittal for project MECKL-2020-033 below.
MECKL-2016-004 mentioned below is the same project/site; however this permit coverage expired before work
commenced so we had to resubmit and were given the new # MECKL-2020-033. I attached the email with DEQ inquiring
about this permit.
Please advise on how we need to proceed with closing out this COC.

Hi James,
I wanted to inquire about the attached approval letter. We obtained the approval in 2015, but no work has commenced
on the project — it has been over three years so the approval would be expired. They are gearing up to get this work
going and I wanted to confirm a full new submittal will be required. The project has not been altered, but with the new
permit out the old ECSMP would need some updates.
