(see attached 4-ft flat bottom with slopes varying 2.5:1 to 2:1) The proposed west side ditch in question runs through buffer. West side ditch – Approx. Drainage Area=0.95 acres; 95 ft swale required 125 ln. ft. of 4-ft flat bottom ditch with slopes varying 2.5:1 to 2:1 side slopes is provided. If NCDENR does not accept a 4-ft flat bottom ditch with slopes varying 2.5:1 to 2:1 side slopes, then more PDE is needed to provide 3:1 slopes. PCN revised to reflect new impacts.
