Please accept STV/Ralph Whitehead Associates request to extend the Ballinger Road Bridge Replacement
comment/response due date by 30 days. According to your comment letters sent on August 12, 2010, we have 30-days
to respond to the comments presented in your letters. Since we are still waiting to receive a copy of the FedEx
Mitigation site plan, we may be unable to meet this September 11, 2010 deadline.
Please let me know in a response to this e-mail if an extension to October 11, 2010 will be acceptable to the NCDWQ
and the USACE.
