This system is also a deemed permitted system. All requirements are met but a Spill Plan. Power and water are disconneted to the facility and all inlet pipes are
capped. Mr. Johnson stated that the facility will not be reopened and will be removed. No paperwork was provided as the Permittee is deceased and the current
property owner had no dealings with the business. The facility has been inactive since 2017.
