The purpose of the project is to install a driveway to a building site for a single family home.

Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used:
Contractor will grade a driveway which will cross a small stream (1ft in width). The contractor will impound the stream and
divert it temporarily and install 30 to 40 feet of 18" diameter culvert pipe approximately 5 inches into the bed of the stream.
Stream banks at the ends of the culvert will be fortified with clean natural rock. Culvert crossing will be filled with clean dirt
and 4 inches of gravel on top-
