This letter transmits a Notice of Violation and assessment of civil penalty in the amount of $143.67.00 ($100.00 civil penalty
+ $43.67 enforcement costs) against Town of Holly Springs.
This assessment is based upon the following facts: a review has been conducted of the Non -Discharge Monitoring
Report (NDMR) submitted by Town of Holly Springs for the month of February 2022. This review has shown the
subject facility to be in violation of the limitations and/or monitoring requirements found in Non -discharge Permit No.
WQ0032289. The violations, which occurred in February 2022, are summarized in Attachment A to this letter.
