From our conversation yesterday, Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) requests to schedule an
inspection of ADM Milling Company located at 620 W. loth Street, Charlotte, see attached explanation letter. The cover
letter and report from the stormwater inspection conducted by CMSWS on January 26, 2018 have also been attached
for reference. I would like to schedule the inspection the week of January 23rd, pending your availability. Please let me
