Construction of the storm water management facilities associated with the referenced project, as permitted under the
North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Storm Water Permit No. SW3160702, has been partially
completed. A copy of the Designer's Certification covering installation of Wet Detention Basin #2 and Wet Detention
Basin #3 is attached. Wet Detention Basin #1 has been previously certified. Wet Detention Basin #4 remains to be
certified.

Certification Requirements:
X 1 The drainage area to the system contains approximately the permitted
acreage.
_X 2. The drainage area to the system contains no more than the permitted
amount of built -upon area.
X .3. All the built -upon area associated with the project is graded such that the
runoff drains to the system. (as per approved plan)
X 4. All roof drains are located such that the runoff is directed into the system.
(as per approved plan)
X 5. The outlet/bypass structure elevations are per the approved plan.
X 6. The outlet structure is located per the approved plans.
X _7. Trash rack is provided on the outlet/bypass structure. (solid top)
X 8 All slopes are grassed with permanent vegetation, per the vegetation plan.
_X _9. Vegetated slopes are no steeper than 3.1.
X 10. The inlets are located per the approved plans and do not cause short-
circuiting of the system.
X _11. The permitted amounts of surface area and/or volume have been
provided.
X 12. Required drawdown devices are correctly sized and located per the
approved plans.
X 13. All required design depths are provided.
X 14. All required parts of the system are provided, such as plantings, a forebay,
filter media and a vegetated filter.
