ANALYTICAL DATA Greenville Utilities WTP is an ongoing annual dredge and dewatering project at the alum lagoon at the respective plant. Initial calculations for the alum lagoon cleanout at Greenville Utilities WTP indicated that a bi-monthly (or 6 times per year) sampling frequency should be considered based upon an anticipated 2,000 dry tons. This project was performed in accordance with a partial lagoon cleanout at the facility. The residual solids were mechanically removed from the lagoons and stockpiled on site prior to land application activities beginning. The project only lasted for approximately three months. Five of the six composite nutrient and metal analyses were collected from the stockpile on the same day. However, due to the amount of residuals that were land applied (556.24 DT's), only four analyses are required by permit. WMSS, PLLC and Bio-Nomic Services, Inc. elected to use all six nutrient and metal analyses that were collected during the two month window of actual land application activities from the stockpiles to best represent the actual material being land applied. One TCLP analysis has also been included. The project actually began in June of 2022 and finished in August 2022. BIO-NOMIC SERVICES, INC.
