Hi Chris & Zach,
I submitted a revised set of impact maps for the subject project through the online supplemental upload form. For
convenience, I've attached a copy of the submittal documents, and the explanation is repeated below.
This project was issued a Nationwide Permit 29 on August 22, 2022 and qualified for a General WQC without written
approval. The culvert for the proposed road crossing has been revised from one 60" to two 54" culverts without
changing the location or amount of stream impact. The two culverts were designed to allow aquatic life passage and
maintain the original channel dimensions, as shown on the attached revised impact maps, including a cross-section.
