Expansion to the limits of disturbance for additional work and contractor temporary
laydown area. Additional erosion control measures were incorporated for the
additional disturbance. The limits of disturbance increased to 42.88 acres as
mentioned on the Financial Responsibility Form and contract drawings. The updated
Letter of Approval and supporting documents have been provided.
