Based on the conversation, it is our understanding that this site did not operate in 2014 and has not operated, to date, in 2015. Please note that the General Permit expired on July 31, 2015. The Division is currently in the process of renewing the permit. A new Certificate of Coverage will be mailed to you in the near future. Additionally, our database shows that your annual fee payments are up to date. Should this in -stream sand dredging operation be re -activated in the future, the permit will require a semi-annual flow estimate as well as the installation of warning signs on each side of the river upstream of the operation to warn canoeists and other recreational water users. No standardized discharge monitoring forms have to be submitted. The records must simply be maintained for the facility for a period of three years. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact Mike Mickey or me at (336) 776-9800. ®hoL.Y3] Sincerely, Sherri V.
