The Water Quality Permitting Section received your permit renewal application for Stone Bridge WWTP
(NPDES Permit NC0088579) on March 14, 2022. On June 2, 2022, this office sent you a letter to inform you that
your request to renew the subject permit had been found to be incomplete and additional information was
requested. In that letter, you were advised to submit an updater Engineering Alternatives Analysis (EAA), if the
required information was not received by this office by October 1, 2022, your application would be returned as
incomplete and your permit would be terminated. Since the required information was not received within the
specified time, we are hereby returning your application.
If you would like to resubmit the requested document, you may do so as soon as you are able to provide a
complete application that includes the information identified in our earlier letter. If you have any additional
