The Division of Water Resources (DWR) hereby transmits for your records a copy of the signed
Special Order by Consent (SOC) approved by the Environmental Management Commission
(EMC).
The terms and conditions of the SOC are now in full effect, including those requiring the
submittal of written notices of compliance or non-compliance with any SOC schedule date. To
cover water -quality maintenance costs and pursuant to North Carolina General Statute 143-
215.3D, SOC fees have been revised to include a $500.00 annual fee. All SOC fees will be
invoiced annually.
