The facility produces and distributes liquid asphalt emulsion for the paving industry. File Review/History: Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) has not previously inspected the facility. Inspection Summary: At the time of the inspection, the facility was observed to be in compliance with the City of Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance.
