Facility Description: BCI Materials is located at 1131 Atando Ave in Charlotte on a portion of a property with is
approximately 36.890 acres. The facility produces and distributes liquid asphalt emulsion for the paving industry.
File Review/History: Charlotte -Mecklenburg Storm Water Services (CMSWS) has not previously inspected the facility.
Inspection Summary: At the time of the inspection, the facility was observed to be in compliance with the City of
Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance. Please see the inspection report for comments and recommendations
