Good afternoon Bethany and Kieu,
My name is Mark Ryan and I am the new EHS Manager for ASC/Trion Inc. in Sanford, NC. I am trying to get registered in
eDMR by January 30 and am going through the 6-step process and the directions state to email either of you if changes
are needed in the Owner Verification Report. We have completed and uploaded the Owner Affiliation Designation Form
and the Permit Owner Affiliation Designation Form to the Permit Contact Update Request form and submitted for
processing.
In addition, our Permit Summary page identifies 1 outfall. I would like to add an additional outfall (002). There is a crest
in the middle of our shipping area that separates the two outfalls (approximately 60') and there are industrial processes
on both sides and therefore I'd like to add the 2nd outfall.
