Enclosed are the Environmental Monitoring Reports for the years 1995 to 1999. The report for
2000 has not been issued at this time. These reports are being sent to you in response to your
June 12, 2001 letter to Tom Belnick of the North Carolina Department of Environment and
Natural Resources, Division of Water Quality, concerning the draft NPDES permit for Asheville
