A permit verification was issued by USACE for this project on October 5, 2021 (Action ID SAW-2019-01336).
Impacts for this project will not be completed by the time the original permit verification expired, therefore a
renewed permit was issued on January 10, 2023 (attached).This submittal is a duplicate submission for the
USACE.
Approval of 401 Water Quality Certification was issued by NCDWR on November 13, 2021 (attached). This
submittal is an application for renewal/reissuance of the 401.
The project details and proposed impacts have not changed.
Tree clearing has begun - the project is under construction.
