I was recently contacted by the consultant for the Southeast Reliability Project (SERP) - Dominion's natural gas pipeline
that will gothrough 3 states, including North Carolina (200 miles). It will likely bea 36" pipe with e 135'wideeasernenL
There is no current ROW for the pipeline to follow.
From Wilmington's website, it looks like these regulators/project managers will be involved:
Craig Brown: Northampton, Halifax, Nash and Wilson Counties Tyler Crumbley: Cumberland and Sampson Counties
Emily Hughes: Robeson
David Shaeffer: Johnston
| talked with Dale 8eteron 8/26 and he said that he had discussed the project with Scott. Scott thought that since the
majority of the project fell within the area covered by the Raleigh Office, that the Raleigh Office should take the lead for
permitting. | talked with David Bailey (Acting Chief), and he figured since | had the most counties impacted bythe
project, that | should be the lead nn the project.
So far, we have had the teleconference back on May 27th (call log attached for those that didn't receive an email from
Daryn Dockter), and a call I recently received from the consultant on the project (Spencer Trichell out of Natural
Resources Group located in Charlotte) which led toinformation he provided in the email below.
