General Project Narrative:The purpose of the project is to replace Bridge No. 81 on SR 1302 over Millstone Creek in Wilson County. The existing bridge 2@17'9" reinforced concrete deck
on timber
(Description of Minimization of Water joists with timber caps and piles. The replacement structure will be a 1@60' Cored Slab bridge with 4'0" caps providing a 56.7' +/- clear deck
width. The roadway grade of the
new structure will be approximately the same as the existing structure. There will be no direct discharge into the stream (deck drains on bridge). All existing stormwater
