MINIMIZATION EFFORTS: IN THE NORTHWEST QUADRANT, THE PROPOSED ROADWAY SHOULDER POINT HAS BEEN PULLED IN TO AVOID THE PROPOSED ROADWAY FILL SLOPE FROM IMPACTING AN EXISTING JS THAT PARALLELS US 264A. IN ADDITION, APPROACH DRAINAGE SHOULDER BERM GUTTER SYSTEMS OUTLET OUTSIDE OF BUFFER ZONE 2 ONTO STANDARD RIP RAP PADS PRIOR TO ENTERING THE BUFFER ZONES.
