The ORC visitation log appeared to be complete and current. Laboratory data was reviewed and all data that was reviewed appeared to be correct, as reported on the DMR's. The facility appeared to be operated and maintained properly with very good housekeeping. At the time of this inspection, the effluent appeared to be very clear with no visible solids.
