IDENTIFICATION NOS. 04700036, 0470003608 AND 0470003609), CONSISTING OF 24.85 ACRES.
1. EXTERIOR LIGHTING ON BUILDINGS SHALL BE SHIELDED/DIRECTED DOWNWARD, SUCH THAT
LIGHTS DO NOT SHINE INTO ABUTTING HOMEOWNERS' YARDS. LIGHTING AT PROPERTY
PERIMETER ADJOINING HOMEOWNERS' YARDS SHOULD BE AS CLOSE TO ZERO FOOT-CANDLE
READING ON A LIGHT METER (NOT GREATER THAN 1 FOOT-CANDLE).
