This project consists of a public extension of Gallimore Dairy Rd which includes a public sewer extension and waterline extension. The waterline shall be permitted through NCDEQ under a separate application. The roadway shall serve a current warehousing project (designed by others), as well as other future light industrial and warehousing uses. Sanitary sewer service will be extended to the business/industrial park by means of a 12" gravity main to be installed by 350 South Land Holdings, LLC, and conveyed to the City of High Point upon completion. All construction shall conform to City of High Point and NCDEQ standard and specifications.
