The project abuts the HWY74 DOT ROW. The surrounding area out side of project area is commercial base. 4b. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: * The purpose of this project is to install sewer line extension to the commercial base on side of HWY74 4i. Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used: * The project will consist of PMBs first. Installing silt fence around project areas. A excavator will be utilized to temporary open cut wetlands and stream to install sewer utility line. All wetland and stream impacts will be set back to grade.
