feet to an iron pin, said iron pin being the Southwestern corner of the Blackweller Oil Company
Property and the Northwest corner of the Herman Hicks Service Station Lot; thence running
another line South 75e 34' West 368.65 feet to an old post oak tree, said old post oak tree
being the Southeastern corner of the Seth Killian property; thence running with the property
line of Seth Killian North 34e 0' West 242.0 feet to an iron pin; thence continuing the same
course, namely North 34e 0' West 30.0 feet to a corner in the center line of North Carolina
Highway 0150; thence running with the center line of North Carolina State Highway 8150 North
52e 53' East 326.5 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.64 acres, according to a
plat and survey entitled "Seth Killian and wife, Betsy S. Killian Property, Mt. Creek Township,
Catawba County, North Carolina", said plat being drawn by Joe F. Robinson, and dated December 16,
1974. The Grantors in this deed are the only heirs of John Killian, said heirs being
Seth Killian and Kathryn Killian Lee. This property is subject to a sixty -foot right-of-way
for North Carolina State Highway 0150; the property is located West of the intersection of
North Carolina State Highway #150 and North Ca a State Highway 616.
