This letter is to serve as a response to the NOV the Town of Holly Springs received on
December 15,2022. After review of the hard copy data from July 25, 2022, it was discovered
that Total Residual Chlorine (TRC) was analyzed for but not reported on the Non-discharge
Monitoring Report(NDMR) submitted for July 2022.
To remediate this error,we have implemented a multi-check system within the staff at Utley
Creek WRF. The NDMR for July 2022 has been amended,reporting the 0.40 mg/L result for
July 25, 2022. An amended report will be re-submitted along with this response.
