To whom it may concern:
This is a response for additional information on the shoreline stabilization for
MAG Bear Lake, LLC DWQ project # 14 -1330. After reviewing your comments on
the proposed shoreline stabilization, the following actions will be followed. We
will reduce the amount of shoreline to be stabilized to 500 feet or less and will
only address the areas with major erosion, as seen in the attached photos. Also,
we will stabilize the shoreline from the area below the erosion and will not go
on the bank above, to ensure we stay out of the trout buffer.
