Silt fence protecting stream crossing was undermined at different locations with silt losses of approximately 2-3 CY. Permit Site #3; 1st photo 2. STA 396+40 Rt-L- silt loss onto Stewart's Creek through SDO off skimmer basin ID:09-02. It appears skimmer was overwhelmed through top of weir and material discharged onto permanent class B outlet for storm water retention pond from residential neighborhood. Silt washed and exited through coir fiber wattle installed on silt fence. Approximately 20-gallon loss. Permit Site #4; Photos 2-5. 3. Silt/turbidity observed along Lt-L- inside wetland where tiered skimmer basin ID:09-01 is installed. Permit Site #4; Photos 4-5 Contractor actively working on areas with silt losses recovering it and repairing devices. Please feel free to call if there are any questions.
