Mr. Price the following areas had silt losses.
1. Silt fence protecting stream crossing was undermined at different locations with silt losses of
approximately 2-3 CY. Permit Site #3; 1st photo
2. STA 396+40 Rt-L- silt loss onto Stewart's Creek through SDO off skimmer basin ID:09-02. It appears
skimmer was overwhelmed through top of weir and material discharged onto permanent class B
outlet for storm water retention pond from residential neighborhood. Silt washed and exited
through coir fiber wattle installed on silt fence. Approximately 20-gallon loss. Permit Site #4; Photos
2-5.
3. Silt/turbidity observed along Lt-L- inside wetland where tiered skimmer basin ID:09-01 is installed.
Permit Site #4; Photos 4-5
Contractor actively working on areas with silt losses recovering it and repairing devices. Please feel
free to call if there are any questions.
