Good morning Sue. I know that we have a meeting today, but I do know that we are going to need a 30-day extension to
your November 30, 2022 RFAI letter since it is coming up and falls during the holidays. It is my understanding that the
team is currently working on those modifications and new information requested. Also, we anticipate a RFAI letter from
Lyle very soon. I have a few questions for you and/or Lyle.
1) Can we have a 30-day extension from your November 30, 2022 RFAI letter? I can grant an extension until 1/31
but the response will need to be complete, I won't have time for a follow up request to clarify anything.
2) It's my understanding that your RFAI will get pulled into the Corps RFAI letter, so what is the actual timeline for
response associated with the DWR's RFAI letter? DWR's timeline doesn't change if the USACE incorporates it
into their request.

3) When does the reasonable period of time start (i.e. the 120 days), from application submittal/fee payment date
or Public Notice date? The Public Notice date for IPs. (For future reference, it is the application received date
(not including fee) for all NWP projects and the PN date for all USACE IPs)
