The above described property does not include the primary residence of the Grantor. No. 1406, Rockfish Road and lying on both sides of Black Branch, being further described as follows: Beginning at a railroad spike in the center of the pavement of N.C.S.R. No. 1406, Rockfish Road, said railroad spike being the southeast comer of the Earl A. No. 1406, Rockfish Road; THENCE continuing South 28 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 34.71 feet to the point of beginning. Said property contains 19.3 acres more or less and being the same lands as conveyed to Earl A.
