Written comments regarding the proposed permit will be accepted until 30 days after the publish date of this notice. All comment- sreceived prior to that date are considered in the final determinations regarding the proposed permit. The Direc- tor of the NC Division of Water Quality may decide to hold a public meeting for the proposed permit should the Division receive a significant degree of public interest.
