We need a site plan showing what your projects consists of and how it overlaps into the riparian buffer. I'm sure a site plan is something that you've already prepared for this project. It needs to show the riparian buffer associated with the stream and its location on the property. The 50-foot riparian buffer consists of two zones: Zone 1 is the 30 feet closest to the stream, and Zone 2 is the outer 20 feet. I've attached an example of a Single -Family Impact Map so you can see that it's simple. We also need to know the square footage of impact in Zones 1 and 2. Impacts in Zone 1 often trigger mitigation that is paid for through an approved mitigation bank. Feel free to email this additional information. Thank you.
