Your project should have ONE responsible entity. The responsible entity shown on your FRO form is Monterey Bay -
Raleigh, LLC. The responsible entity shown on Tab E is is Monterey Bay Homes, LLC. The responsible entity shown on
your SECSLPA, NOI certification form, and Tab B1 is Brennan Miele.
If Brennan Miele is the correct responsible entity, your FRO form and Tab E need to be changed to reflect that.
If Monterey Bay Homes, LLC or Monterey Bay - Raleigh, LLC are the responsible entity, the FRO form will need to be
updated to show ONE of the names and then the form will need to be resubmitted to Wake County so your SECSLPA can
be updated. That chosen name will then need to go on Tab B1, E, and the NOI certification form, which is uploaded to
Tab D9.
Please submit a new NOL To auto -populate the new NOI, select'Yes' for the first question & enter NOI number 118147.
