On December 9, 2022, Division of Water Resources staff Caitlin Caudle conducted a
routine compliance inspection. This inspection reflected compliance with the subject
permit. To date, the subject facility has not been constructed.
Please be mindful of Permit Conditions 1.1 through 1.3 as they relate to construction of
the treatment facility. If the property is sold, a Change of Ownership form must be
completed.
