Good morning! Sean, I believe I spoke with you on the phone recently, maybe with guidance on submitting this request.
We received it, and the uploaded documentation was fine, but there was an unusual problem with the submittal when it
came through. For some reason, the project info and other information that is normally pre -populated when you enter
the COC number did not populate. It may have happened when we had a brief problem with our system that day— it's
really a weird fluke. Especially since some of those fields are required for submittal and just didn't go through. It's not
your fault!
Unfortunately can't process it normally without that data and will have to cancel it in our system. Could you please
resubmit this Modification request to us?
