Good morning AJ,
I apologize for the delay in responding. I was out of the office last week
for the holiday and wanted to verify with other staff before getting back to
you. Wash water cannot be covered under a stormwater permit as that is
considered wastewater. If you proceed with washing containers onsite, you
will need to find a way to route the wastewater to a sanitary sewer, secure
a pump and haul permit, or find another means of wastewater disposal. Please
let me know if you have any other questions.
