Permit Expiration: Per General Statue 160A-418, permits shall expire six (6) months if work has not commenced or if after commencement the work is
discontinued for a period of 12 months.
Refund: Trade permits will only be refunded within the first 6 months of issuance. All refunds are subject to an administrative fee per permit which is equal
to the minimum permit fee.

all final inspections are approved for the project by the next business day. Go to the Attachments tab to view your CO or CC. An application is required
for Partial Certificate of Occupancy (PCO) for commercial projects, and Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) for residential and commercial
projects.
