Continue to operate an existing 0.04 MGD wastewater treatment system consisting of the following components: • Aerated flow equalization basin • Three-way splitter box • Aeration basin • Clarifier • Aerated sludge holding tank • Disinfection / post -aeration chamber with UV disinfection • Continuous flow -recording device This facility is located at the Yonahlossee Resort and Club off NCSR 1102 (Shulls Mill Road) south of Boone in Watauga County. 2. After receiving an Authorization to Construct from the Division, construct and operate a 0.150 MGD extended -aeration package plant with sludge holding. 2. Discharge from said treatment works at the location specified on the attached map into Lance Creek, classified C-Trout waters in the Watauga River Basin. Permit NC0032212 A. (1.) EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS (0.04 MGD) During the period beginning on the effective date of the permit and lasting until expansion above 0.04 MGD, the Permittee is authorized to discharge from outfall 001.
