Amy asked us to reach out directly on this while she's on vacation. A summary of the subject loss is detailed below;
• Rain event—11/15/22 — .52"
• Location
o-Y15FLYCA- Rough STA 29+00 (Permit Site 16A Plan Sheet 19C)
0
• Cause — we believe this was residuals that were remaining in the drainage structures from the previous loss
experienced on 11/11/22
• Estimated Loss — Less than 1 CY
• Corrective Action — Contractor removing material by hand (Amy blessed this prior to performance)
• Before Photos - Attached. The format of these photos do not open on my computer, so if you have the same
issue please let us know
• Clean up photos —To be provided next week
